Syllabus: | The selection from a wide range of art activities/materials for use in particular healing situations. Strategies to explore multiple levels of narrative expression in various indigenous contexts, groups and individuals ,age related. Processes to recognise Indigenous approaches to healing and to explore, negotiate and develop restorative art strategies. Processes to monitor, guide and evaluate desired outcomes. Documentation and referral procedures for follow up care. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Demonstrated knowledge of holistic nature of healing art processes. Used a range of narrative expressions in diverse Indigenous contexts. Deployed a range of creative artistic activities- art, stories, music, dance and painting, etc.- in creative healing art processes. |
