Unit Outcomes: On completion of this unit students will have - Knowledge of well and field stimulation techniques and their application to improve recovery.Learnt techniques of acidising,acid fracturing and hydraulic fracturing.Been provided with a comprehensive reviewof the state of the art in hydraulic fracturing . Made a judgement on the relative merits of various hydraulic fracturing techniques and procedures.
