Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will - have been exposed to current and significant issues across the breadth of Environmental Science. Be able to assess seminar presentations (according to established criteria). Be practiced in the processes involved in undertaking a literature survey. Be able to concisely summarise the essential points of a seminar presentation. |

Unit Assessment Breakdown.: | Students must attain a participation mark of 75 per cent for Departmental seminars and provide the Course Coordinator with summary notes of these seminars. These are to include an assessment of the seminar quality, student reflections on the seminar and evidence of a literature search on the subject of the seminar. This is by pass/fail assessment. |
