Unit Outcomes:	On successful completion of this unit students will have - Identified the role of the nurse in health care management. Described the organisational structure and function. Related continuous quality improvement to health care. Identified key performanceindicators in quality care delivery. Described the relationship between human resource management and performance. Demonstrated personal growth using a professional learning portfolio as evidence.
