Syllabus: | Advanced contract law, typical contract clauses and their implications, confidentiality agreements, tenders and fiduciary relationships. Legal structures, employees and independent contractors, implications of contracting out and dispute resolution. Contracting by or with government agencies. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understanding of the interaction of contract administration and procurement. Appreciated the changing nature of procedurement and contracting. Become aware of and understood the following issues: procurement cycle, legal, probity, ethical, contractual and managment. Understanding of future directions of procedurements and contracting. |
