Syllabus:Critical workshop discussion and presentation leading to completed examples of the students' own prose and poetry.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Been introduced to a range of prose forms and examined the relationship between the creative art and technology of writing. Developed skills in prose construction through writing practice, editing, reading, listening and workshopping. Been encouraged to explore and experiment with their own creative artistry through different structures, genres and styles of written language. Developed confidence to appropriate and experiment with language and methods for structuring and plotting larger writing projects.
