Syllabus:The strategy concept, goals and performance measurement, industry/market analysis, the analysis of resources and capabilities, the analysis of competitive advantage, operational decision making, links between operational and strategic issues, business strategies in different industry contexts.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have- Knowledge of the framework for the analysis and formulation of competitive strategies. Learnt how to apply economics to strategy formulation and business decision making. Developed skills in decision making and team working.
