Integration of occupational therapy theoretical frameworks with the development of clinical and ethical reasoning, and practical knowledge and skills in planning, assessments, interventions, communications, documentation and management functions. Impact of learning styles and health beliefs on consumers. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will be able to - Integrate occupational therapy theoretical frameworks and practice skills through effective clinical and ethical reasoning. Demonstrate self directed planning and problem solving skills applicable to occupational therapy practice. Demonstrate the ability to integrate occupational therapy theoretical frameworks and practice skills through effective clinical and ethical reasoning. Demonstrate skills in self-management and professional behaviours. Evaluate how learning styles and beliefs about health impact on consumers. |
