Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Critically assessed the behavioural structure and function of human resources administered in the sports and related merchandising industries. Designed, promoted and implemented programs to optimise athlete performance reflected in profitability in the sports industry. Administered strategies to solve problems in the attainment of sports business goals. Understood the elements of and the progression through individual group and team achievement patterns in the relevant sports. |
