Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Knowledge of funding and support agencies in the local and national arena and how to access them. Identified pertinent areas of research into aspects of their practice as an artist and have undertaken an introductory examination of the field. An awareness of of issues of copyright and in particular issues relating to Aboriginal artists and the an ability to relate these outcomes to their own practice. Knowledge of contemporary practice in the distribution and presentation of contemporary Aboriginal art and the ability to articulate how these issues affect their own practice. |
