Syllabus:Two-day field excursion involving the use of geophysical field equipment and geophysical exploration techniques. Three other half day excursions to operations of geophysical contractors such as Fugro, Western Geophysical, Petroleum Geoservices and othergroups of professional geophysics practitioners. Seminars to support these activities.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Developed skills in communication and problem solving. Master in application of knowledge. An understanding of technology.
