Syllabus:Planning and experiencing an international study tour of one or more overseas countries. Researching logistics, expected or arising from the tour, e.g. historical, geographical, religious, political, cultural and economic. Developing a logistics related research topic - business law, economics, finance, accounting, production, human resource, management, marketing, information technology and communication.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Improved awareness of business in a local or regional context. Developed skills in appreciation of different logistic management practices deployed in different locations and regions. Improved understanding of the impacts and implications to business of applying these different logistic management practices. Developed understanding in the latest developments in this subject.
