Syllabus: | Develops the foundation competencies in understanding human cardiorespiratory and neural physiology. Topics in cardiorespiratory include - pathophysiology of impaired airway clearance and its assessment and treatment, responses to exercise, and exercise prescription. Topics on neurophysiology include - peripheral afferent influences on motor control, central influences on motor control, and pain mechanisms. |
