Syllabus: | The purpose is to develop awareness, knowledge, understanding and skills required from leaders working in an increasingly multi-dimensional global environment through an understanding of the major global cultural, financial, ethical, e-commerce, managingchange and marketing factors. It also critically analyses the appropriateness of Western leadership constructs, theories and models when working in a global environment. Understanding these challenges will assist leaders to pro-actively manage these issues in the future. |
