Syllabus:World business and international law. International agreements and contracts. Multinational enterprise. International business practices. Supernationalism - European economic community. Resolving international disputes. Comparative business regulation - Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understanding of the regulation of business transactions on an international level. Introduced to the legal regime which governs: The international sale of goods, carriage of payment in international trade, insurance and dispute resolution in international trade.
