Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Gained an insight into factors influencing the structure and behaviour of real estate markets (this will involve the application of statistical techniques to real estate data and the work will necessitate the analysis of large aggregate datasets for particular property types). Developed skills in a number of areas including application of the comparable sales technique in a valuation context, real estate market and feasibility analysis together with general computer skills associated with the analysis of real estate transaction data. |
