These major themes incorporate an understanding of the impacts of cultural factors, developments in the field of information and communication technology,and other human factors on business communication. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Explained the communication process. Considered what constitutes effectiveness in communication. Developed strategies that will help you be an effective communicator. Discussed the practical uses of the communication process in management. Demonstrated some basic business communication skills. Searched for, found and used relevant information for communication tasks. |
