Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have- Demonstrated an understanding of the nature of modern labour economics and the way in which it is applied in the public policy environment, knowledge of key labour market issues, especially in theEast Asian region, Understood the nature of mainstream labour economics and how it is applied to specific labour market issues, Accessed and utlised current sources of data on labour market issues, Become adept at participating in debates and discussionson important labour market issues, Can summarise and critically evaluate basic journal articles on labour economics and labour market issues. |
