Deals with the concepts, relevance and competencies of leadership in work organizations, embodying a dual concern for theory and practice. Theoretical concepts are critically evaluated and the guidelines for improving leadership competencies continually sharpened; each topic attempts to synthesise the didactic and practical issues of leaders.
