An applications focus on business strategy, examining the underlying economic, financial, technological and special industrial characteristics which provide rationales for specific strategic typologies (eg co-operation vs competition, risk management). Computer simulation exercises on specific sectors. Structural and philosophical evolution of different industries. Global management and its effect on future strategic directions.
