Project work associated with various aspects of the role of a dietitian, including an institutional catering project, literature reviews, seminar presentations to peers, clinical case studies, class project involving planning, preparation, delivery and evaluation of two meals for twenty five adults, preparation of a diet sheet for a gastrointestinal condition, nutrient analysis of specific diets, site visits to specialised clinical facilities and presentations for community groups. |
