Topics include - principles of implementation, monitoring and reviewing. Design of accounting systems andfinancial documentation, cash books and interpreting periodical reports. Principles of human resource management. Principles of performance appraisal. Scheduling tasks. Relationships of community development method frameworks. Project review in the policy cycle.
