Principles of pharmaceoeconomic analysis of drug therapy. Modelling perspectives, types of economic analyses, modelling frameworks and sensitivity analyses. Limitations of pharmacoeconomic analyses including bias and confounding data. A review of relevant systems available for pharmacoepidemiology studies.
