Valuation of Land Act and associated case law. That section of the Public Works Act and Metropolitan Region Scheme Act related to issues of resumption and compensation and associated case law. Other Acts of relevance - for example, Native Title Legislation, Heritage Act, Strata Title Legislation and relevant case law.
