This unit provides decision makers with 'thinking tools' and processes aimed at extending their decision making capabilities. It will cover the nature and structure of business decisions, decision types, decision bias, decision making styles, group decision technology and decision tools for choice, resource, allocation, uncertainty and problem structuring.
