Focus on educational leadership for school practitioners and provides theoretical knowledge intended to enhance capacity of graduate students to conceptualise and demonstrate leadership for school improvement within the self managing school. Central focus is given to the school as a community and leadership for strategic thinking and planning and the transformation of school culture.
