The role of managers and senior teams in building organisational frameworks to compete within an international setting constantly being transformed by new technologies is closely investigated via real-life case studies. Moreover, as innovative practices require a level of organisational change, a strong focus will be on the practicality of managing such change. Incorporation of literature from various business disciplines to acquire a framework that is relevant to both private and public sector organisations working within an international setting.
