Training in conversation and aural comprehension involving an increased range of vocabulary, practice on new grammar and idiom through reading passages designed to depict features of contemporary and traditional Japan. Introduction of 150 new Kanji. Writing letters and short passages in Japanese. Not available to students whose first language is Japanese.
