Examines the evolution and current relevance of the major schools of thought in economics on value, distribution, business cycles, the modern corporation, growth, and policy. Past approaches are examined on the basis of their ability to explain current economic value, growth, distribution, and cycles. Chosen from the classical, Marxist, Neoclassical, Institutionalist, Keynesian, Schumpeterian and Austrian schools of economics.
