| Syllabus: | In this unit, students learn to elicit information, diagnose, and manage (both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically) a range of common conditions presenting in community pharmacy. This unit will also discuss the pharmacology of medications used in the management of these conditions. This unit comprises of 4 modules. Module 1: Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Module 2: Common respiratory conditions. Module 3: Acute pain and inflammation. Module 4: Common gastrointestinal disorders. |
