Syllabus (HB): | The capstone unit for the MBL synthesises the learning and skill development through the articulation of a leadership skills audit and a critical review of sustainable leadership practices in organisations. The unit also requires the application of leadership skills through an applied experiential learning project. Overall the unit requires application and analysis of leadership and business skills in context, and extension of leadership skills in less familiar business roles. |
