Syllabus: | This unit provides students with real-word experience and the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge learned in the university setting to food service dietetics, in an environment where clients are nutritionally dependent. Students will be allocated a food service project to carry out at a site, for two days per week over 12 weeks of semester. Students will report on their food service project. |
