Syllabus: | This unit will expand upon the theoretical and practical knowledge base of the 2nd year unit in Exercise and Sports Psychology. A key focus is on behaviour change, including several traditional (e.g., psychological skills training) and contemporary approaches (e.g., strengths-based coaching) alongside advanced substantive topics (e.g., doping in sport). Both theoretical knowledge and practical skills will be studied in this unit. |
