Syllabus: Management of problems related to chronic diseases. Topics include the theoretical basis for and clinical options in chronic disease management, the role of the multidisciplinary Chronic Disease Management Team and primary health care. Key management and leadership competencies employed in the delivery of physiotherapy services and contextualised within the Australian health care system. Physiotherapy management of clients in clinical settings.
