Syllabus: | Dispensing of proprietary medications with the application of pharmaceutical care to the process and ethical decision making; social pharmacy the illness behavioural models and other psychological models relevant to pharmacy; legislation applicable to schedule eight drugs and the management of the profession of pharmacy in Australia: Health Practitioners Regulation National Law Act, Poison's Act and Regulations Pharmacy Act and Regulations and Privacy Act; veterinary pharmacy - common diseases of domestic animals and their drug treatment; The Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia and New Zealand - its role and responsibilities. |
