Syllabus: | An individually supervised program of investigation in specialised aspects of food science and technology not otherwise offered. Generally involves an extensive literature review into an area of interest. The topic of investigation is to be decided by the supervisor or unit coordinator however is generally chosen to provide additional specialisation in an area that the student requires for either current or future work or studies. |
