Syllabus: | Grape and Wine Technology is based on fields of study which have contributed recent and significant developments to the wine and viticulture industries. Each field of study will run over a two week period; the first week will involve a lecture on the topic and the second week a tutorial. Substantial student involvement in the tutorials will be required. |
