Syllabus: Materials Chemistry is an introductory unit covering three topics that combine to present a solid understanding of Materials Chemistry. The topics will cover the structures and properties of materials (such as minerals, polymers and ceramics) and how these can be synthesised and characterised in the laboratory and simulated using computer modelling.
