Minors prepare students to develop broad knowledge about an additional discipline area that compliments their study in an award course.
This minor is designed for students seeking to gain foundational knowledge specific to the property discipline.
Professional Recognition
This property minor will not be eligible for Australian Property Institute (API) membership at the Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) level.
Minor Entry and Completion Details
Students admitted to the MJRU-PROPT Property Major (BCom) or MJRU-PROPV Property Development and Valuation Major (BCom) cannot undertake this minor.
