Health promotion places an emphasis on preventative measures as a means of improving the health of the population. This stream within the Master of Public Health will further develop the student's knowledge and skills in the major principles pertaining to health promotion, current issues in health promotion and the process of planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs in various settings.
