This specialised area in geochemistry combines a comprehensive background in earth science with a body of knowledge in chemistry and a range of skills necessary for careers in geochemistry and related areas. Career opportunities exist in geochemical research and more widely in the minerals and resources sector, environmental protection and rehabilitation, in government, private consultancies and service industries.
