This unique MBA offering is the only one of its kind in Australia and is specifically designed, with industry input, to meet the needs of middle and senior managers working in the oil and gas sector. The course is offered in partnership with the Aberdeen Business School (part of Robert Gordon University (RGU) in Scotland) which is located in another world energy hub. The curriculum combines oil and gas knowledge, and energy management with the core requirements of an MBA to ensure that graduates have a broad coverage of key functional disciplines of business management, as well as specialised knowledge of oil and gas. Faculty members teaching on the program are drawn from the Curtin Graduate School of Business, the Department of Minerals and Energy Economics, the Centre for Mineral and Energy Economics and from industry.
