Syllabus: The development of skills in clinical classification of diseases and procedures using the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, tenth edition, Australian modification (ICD-10-AM) through enhanced understanding of the structure and conventions associated with ICD-10-AM nomenclature. Retrieval of relevant information from medical records. Medical and surgical terminology.
