This unit provides participants with the opportunity to explore the issues relating to the human resource management needs of multinational enterprises as well as smaller organisations. The unit will touch upon aspects of international human resource management activities such as staffing the organisation, employee development, appraisals, compensation. Addresses the role of human resources in culturally diverse organisations.
