Completion of second year of course: especially in BCom (HRM/IR) or equivlalent.
A critical evaluation of the Human Resources (HR) discipline. Measurement of the effectiveness of HR functions. The development of a conceptual model for measurement of HR. The contribution of HR and International Relations (IR) to organisational effectiveness.
