Exploration of concepts of personal effectiveness through self-awareness and enhanced communication strategies. Participants focus on the development and consolidation of many aspects of the communication process including interpersonal, group, communication models, public presentations and written communication in training and development. This unit explores the links between management style, motivation, performance, problem solving and decision making and also emphasizes best practice in managing difficult situations, self care and personal growth through well-being and stress management. |
