Introduction to national and international policy-making for Internet-related activities, both public and private, commercial and other. It explores the complicated structure of governance of the Internet - the structure involves a unique mix of national, international, quasi-governmental and private organisations leading both to advantages and problems for understanding and harnessing the Internet.
