This unit is a continuation of CM 501 and provides further strategic level of understanding of contract and procurement management. The course examines contract administration, the contract change or variation process, performance monitoring, and contract closeout. Pre-qualification management, supplier development, business case development, and dispute resolution are also covered. The course focuses on new contracting methodologies and leading edge examples. |
