Introductory theory and practice in the following counselling models - behaviour therapy and behaviour modification, rational emotive therapy, constructivism and schema therapy, transactional analysis, solution focused, narrative therapy, child-within therapy. All approaches are critiqued in respect to their advantages and limitations and are considered from cultural and gender perspectives. |
