| Examination of a town planning scheme and prepare an amending scheme in identifying goals, objectives, policies and standards for a strategic scheme report and structure plan, a statutory scheme text and a scheme map, acceptable to the local authority council, the Western Australian Planning Commission and the Minister, for approval. |
